    Your piece is reserved and making its way to our US warehouse. Every order is carefully prepped and inspected before it leaves, so when it arrives at your door, it’s exactly as expected. Plan for 5 to 7 weeks from your order date. Good things are worth the wait—your item will be tracked, insured, and on its way before you know it.

    Reserve the Next Batch
    Each month, we ship 1,000 pieces from our factory to our US warehouse, divided into 3 batches of 300–400 units each. When one batch sells out, the next is already on its way. Reserve yours now, and we’ll ship it immediately once it arrives in our warehouse.

    Custom Order Items
    Handcrafted to your specifications—your choice of fabric, finish, and dimensions. Production takes about 3 weeks, including hand-finishing and quality checks. From there, your piece ships to our US warehouse and then directly to your door. Allow 8 to 12 weeks in total.

    Where do you ship to?

    We ship to the USA and Canada. There are a few exceptions such as Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Nunavut.

    What are your shipping options + cost?

    We believe in transparent pricing. We don't hide shipping fees within the product price under the guise of free shipping. This helps us communicate the true value of our products to customers.

    When will my order be delivered?

    For in-stock orders, Standard and White Glove will take an estimated 1-4 business days for processing and an estimated 1-3 weeks for transit in Canada and the US.

    For custom orders, lead time is an estimated 14-20 weeks. This estimated time frame is an all-encompassing lead time from the start of production to delivery. For more information about our Custom Order Policy and the Custom Order lead times, please see the Store Policy pagehere.

    Standard shipping includes a delivery to the threshold, described as the "first dry area or garage", or lobby/service area of a high-rise building. White Glove service includes an in-home delivery appointment, up to 1 flight of stairs, assembly and removal of large packaging materials. If you are considering a return please request to keep the packaging.
    What is your return policy?

    We want you to be overjoyed with your new purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with a product you can notify us via the contact form on our Contact Us page and our team will provide all of the details for initiating a return. Products need to be returned within 30 days from the delivery or pick-up date in original packaging and in like-new condition to be accepted.
